Hi As far as I know, there is nothing that BD can do to overcome this issue on Accuri C6 itself by BD claims that they have used larger valves and thicker tubing system in Accuri C6 PLUS and FACSVia (IVD version) to cope with this problem; such complaints, I suppose, are the main reason you will no more find Accuri C6 on BD website since it is replaced with the PLUS version.
