This set primarily contains samples from 8Dio Lacrimosa - an Epic Choir - Music Software Instrument (VST/AU/AAX) by www.8dio.com Lacrimosa is the largest choir (200 person) ever sampled and was derived from our exclusive V8P sample catalogue. Lacrimosa was recorded in a pyramid like structure with 70 Basses, 60 Tenors, 40 Altos and 30 Sopranos.

8Dio Productions has announced the release of Lacrimosa, an Epic Symphonic Choir library for Native Instruments Kontakt. Lacrimosa is produced by Academy Award, TEC and G.A.N.G Award Winning Composer and Producer, Troels Folmann. 8dio has discounted Lacrimosa for only $98 this week.
8Dio will launch on July 7th its biggest choir sample library for Kontakt, Lacrimosa, which will feature no less than 200 voices. The voices used for Lacrimosa come from the 8Dio V8P sample catalog. The 70 bass, 60 tenor, 40 alto and 30 soprano singers were recorded with 3 mic positions with a “pyramid” configuration so that men voices are as powerful as the female singers.

8DIO Lacrimosa comes with seven different presets that can be loaded from Kontakt. Lacrimosa doesn’t work with Kontakt Player – you will need the full version Kontakt to use this library. Presets, or articulations are Arcs, Marcato, Sustains, Multi-Vowels, Staccato, Legato, Effects and Non Tonal.
